Raport prezentuje kulisy powstawania "Prognozy zapotrzebowania na pracowników w zawodach szkolnictwa branżowego na krajowym i wojewódzkim rynku pracy" i najważniejsze płynące z niej wnioski.
Prognoza jest ustalana w oparciu o dane Instytutu Badań Edukacyjnych – Państwowego Instytutu Badawczego i ogłaszana przez Ministra Edukacji corocznie do 1 lutego, w drodze obwieszczenia. Stanowi syntetyczne ujęcie różnych źródeł opisujących tendencje na rynku pracy w kontekście strategii rozwoju państwa i regionów. W celu jej opracowania wykorzystywane są wszelkie dostępne źródła danych ilościowych i jakościowych, co czyni badania wykonywane rokrocznie w ramach prognozy najbardziej szczegółowymi badaniami poświęconymi problemowi zapotrzebowania na pracowników w zawodach szkolnictwa branżowego.
Jest to alfabetyczne zestawienie zawodów, w których istnieje zapotrzebowanie na pracowników w zawodach szkolnictwa branżowego na krajowym i wojewódzkim rynku pracy.
Prognoza podzielona jest na dwie części – krajową i wojewódzką. Część krajowa przedstawia zawody o szczególnie istotnym zapotrzebowaniu na rynku pracy. W części wojewódzkiej zawody podzielono na trzy grupy:
- o szczególnie istotnym zapotrzebowaniu (obejmującą wszystkie zawody z listy krajowej oraz po jednym zawodzie będącym specjalizacją regionalną dla każdego województwa);
- o istotnym zapotrzebowaniu;
- o umiarkowanym zapotrzebowaniu na pracowników.

The Sectoral Qualifications Framework for Real Estate (SQF RE) is a tool to support the professional development of business owners and employees in the broadly understood sector of real estate. The presented sectoral framework is designed to indicate qualifications at given levels present in the real estate sector, which will help streamline employment and training processes. SQF RE will also provide significant support to self-education activities, as it can be used by real estate business owners and employees to independently determine career paths and further professional development. The publication presents information on the project developing the Framework, including: the group of specialists working on SQF RE, a description of project implementation and methodology, the structure of the framework, recommendations on implementing and using SQF RE in Poland, as well as a glossary of terms used in the Integrated Qualifications System. The annex presents the most important part of SQF RE – the matrix of level descriptors, that is, the collected sets of learning outcomes describing the knowledge, skills and social competence required for a qualification at a given Framework level.

The Sectoral Qualifications Framework for Food Processing (SQF FP) is a tool to support the competence development of employers and employees in the food processing sector. It is a structured set of competences representing the main areas of work and business activity in the sector. SQF FP can be used in food processing companies to improve human resources processes and to help employees and persons interested in working in the industry determine their educational and career paths and further professional development. It can also be a useful tool for education and training institutions in preparing their curricula for this industry. The User’s Guide provides basic information about the Polish Qualifications Framework (PQF), its structure and the manner in which level descriptors are organised and presented. The publication contains guidelines to assist in understanding and interpreting individual descriptors. The specific characteristics of successive PQF levels are discussed and examples are provided of selected learning outcomes and qualifications for the individual levels. The guide is intended to support persons who are involved in determining the level of qualifications. It will also be useful in the work of describing the required learning outcomes of a qualification and in developing sectoral qualifications frameworks – frameworks especially written by and for particular sectors and industries, which are referenced to the PQF.

The Sectoral Qualifications Framework for Public Health presents the process of developing the SQF PH by experts at the Educational Research Institute and National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene with extensive consultations in the sector. The overarching aim of SQF PH is to stimulate and develop the implementation potential of the public health sector in Poland and to strive to improve the quality of its services. The publication includes: a description of project implementation and methodology, the structure of the framework, recommendations on its use, and a glossary of relevant terms. The Framework itself presents key public health competences at 7 levels―from 2 to 8, categorized by knowledge, skills and social competence. These are further divided into three main areas: 1) meeting the needs of the community/beneficiaries/target groups by respecting the subjectivity of the participants, ethical principles and the confidentiality of personal data; 2) effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and accountability through planning and evaluation; and, 3) assuming a multisectoral and interdisciplinary approach through cooperation and partnership.

The Sectoral Qualifications Framework for the Fashion Industry identifies and defines the most important competences in the sector, as a tool to improve human resource processes in companies, help employees independently determine their career and learning pathways, and assist education and training institutions in developing their programs in this field. As with all SQFs, the Framework is referenced to the Polish Qualifications Framework, which in turn is referenced to the European Qualifications Framework, making it a reliable tool in assessing the competences of persons seeking employment in this field across Europe.
Information is presented on the Framework’s development, its structure, and recommendations for its use, and includes a glossary of key industry terms. This Framework has 7 levels of increasing complexity, categorized by knowledge, skills and social competence in two main areas: 1) finished goods delivered to end users; and, 2) leather and textile raw materials processing. These areas are further divided into specific activities, such as, for area 1: artistic and technical design; the production process; quality control; needs of clients and the market; requirement of the goods; materials, accessories and preparations; technology. Area 2 covers the production process, quality control, product requirements, raw materials and chemicals, technology, and environmental protection.
