Anna Marta Micek-Czaplicka

has 30 years of experience in public finance and budget accounting. She completed her master’s degree in management at the Warsaw School of Management – University, followed by postgraduate studies in the Executive MBA programme at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She is also a graduate of the Higher Defence Course on the organisation and functioning of the Polish defence and security system at the National Defence University of Warsaw.

In 2016–2024, she was the Finance Office Director at the Mazovian Voivodeship Office, where she participated in the work of parliamentary committees and working groups on public finance and the digitalisation of the civil service. Between 2004 and 2016, she was responsible for human resources management, investments, and the coordination of financial services for European funds as the Economic and Administrative Department Director of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate.

In November 2021, she was awarded the Medal for Services to Public Finance of the Republic of Poland by the Minister of Finance in recognition of her implementation of new economic and financial solutions and her many years of service to the development of public finance.
As of January 1, 2026, she is the Deputy Director for Management of the Educational Research Institute – National Research Institute.
