Marek Woźniak is appointed Deputy Director of IBE PIB

Marek Woźniak has been appointed as Deputy Director for Management at the Educational Research Institute – National Research Institute by the Minister of National Education, Barbara Nowacka, as of September 1, 2025. He previously served as head of the Digitalization of Education team at IBE PIB.

Marek Woźniak is an experienced manager and expert in the field of digital transformation and educational technologies. He specializes in management, implementing modern solutions and management systems, as well as in coordinating national and international teams. The projects he has implemented for state institutions and international companies include solutions for business process automation, e-commerce system integration, and HR service digitalization. He is the author and co-creator of numerous strategies and digital solutions that build educational value for Poland and for international markets.

He graduated in information systems management from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and in marketing from the Kraków University of Economics. He continued his education abroad, where he completed an MBA at The Open University and the University of West London.

From 2005 to 2023, he was associated with Pearson, where he served as director of digital transformation and digital content production in global markets. He was responsible for implementing digital strategies, shortening publishing processes, technological innovations, and producing WCAG-compliant educational content.

He is a practitioner who has worked with key educational institutions, advising them on building effective administration, technology, logistics, and production. He is passionate about innovation in education and supporting the development of professional and dynamic teams. He regularly shares his knowledge as a trainer and consultant.
